The transit of Venus on June 6th, 2012 marked a day in history as the citizens saw a rare and century's last Venus Transit. SPACE organized numerous public observations at national and international locations to show a spectacular view of planet Venus passing the fiery face of Sun.

SPACE organised Mass VT Observations at Jantar Mantar, Udaipur Solar Observatory, Tihar Prison, CSE (Centre for Student Excellence) Schools of SPACE at Delhi. SPACE Associates - IIT Kanpur, Indore Astronomy Clubs, Hillswood Academy, Shahjahanpur Science & Technology department and Uttar Pradesh. An expedition of students from Delhi schools to Beijing - Shanghai witnessed the spectacular Venus Transit with SPACE.
